BOYS & GIRLS GRADES K - 8
Every camp session is designed to help improve each players fundamentals by allowing different ages and skill levels optimum gym time and station work. Our younger campers, K through second grade, will be shooting on lower, age appropriate goals. Daily schedules are designed to help both novice and experienced players improve their basketball ability. Every day includes offensive and defensive skill work, individual contests, and team games. Campers at each session will compete for the Best Defensive Player, Sportsmanship, Hustle, and MVP trophies. Awards will also be given to the winners of the individual competitions.

WHY DO YOU TRAIN?
Come be a part of this premier sports camp that encompasses a holistic approach to athletic development. The Summer NIKE-SPARQ Performance Series focuses on the physical element of training, both on the performance side as well as the sport specific side, in addition to the mental aspect with its direct correrlation to health and the development of life skills. Daily sessions will be divided in the periods of athletic skill development and basketball skill development. Each athlete in attendance will be tested and receive a basketball specific SPARQ score and will receive a NIKE-SPARQ Performance Series shirt.

The Rusty LaRue Basketball Academy strives to give every child a rewarding camp experience. Therefore, we make certain that our camp staff is knowledgeable and skilled. The majority of our camp coaches played basketball in college or have coaching experience. Rusty will also be available to encourage, teach, and interact with the campers.
