BOYS & GIRLS GRADES K - 8
Every camp session is designed to help improve each players fundamentals by allowing different ages and skill levels optimum gym time and station work. Our younger campers, K through second grade, will be shooting on lower, age appropriate goals. Daily schedules are designed to help both novice and experienced players improve their basketball ability. Every day includes offensive and defensive skill work, individual contests, and team games. Campers at each session will compete for the Best Defensive Player, Sportsmanship, Hustle, and MVP trophies. Awards will also be given to the winners of the individual competitions.

PERIMETER PLAYERS
Camp is designed for guards and wing players to develop the perimeter skills necessary to be successful. In addition to ball-handling, passing and shooting, advanced individual offensive and defensive concepts will be taught. This camp is a must for any guard or small forward looking to expand and anhance their skills.

POST PLAYERS
Camp organized to provide intense instruction on low post scoring as well as developing an array of mid-range post moves. Post specific ball-handling and footwork along with rebounding and interior defensive principles will be taught. Come learn what it takes to dominate the paint!

The Rusty LaRue Basketball Academy strives to give every child a rewarding camp experience. Therefore, we make certain that our camp staff is knowledgeable and skilled. The majority of our camp coaches played basketball in college or have coaching experience. Rusty will also be available to encourage, teach, and interact with the campers.
