WHAT
The RLBA Triad Pro-Am Summer League is for current or former college and professional players who want play in an intense and competitive summer league. Games will be played under official NCAA rules. Length of games will be two 20 minute halves with a 3 minute half time. More detailed rules will be provided prior to the first contest. There will be no more than 10 players per team. Invitation request to play due by June 26 subject to space availability. We will do our best to honor teammate requests, but cannot guarantee them. You will be notified of acceptance into the league by June 27. Team assignments and schedules will be posted no later than July 1.

WHEN
League will run for 4 weeks with play beginning Monday, July 7. Games will be played on Monday and Thursday through July 28. The league will conclude with a single elimination tournament July 30 - August 1. Game dates and times subject to change based on the number of teams formed.
Players must apply prior to June 26 and pay in full by the first contest.

WHERE
Games will be played on high quality courts at Forsyth Country Day School in Lewisville, NC.

NOTICE TO COLLEGE PLAYERS
All NCAA Division I Student-Athletes are required to have written permission to participate from the institution’s Athletic Director (or the director’s official representative). Each team shall include on it’s roster no more than two players with intercollegiate basketball eligibility remaining from any two-year or four-year college (other than Division II and III member institutions). In addition, you must play within 100 miles of your city of official residence or institution you last attended. Written permission must be received prior to competing.

WAIVER & GENERAL RELEASE
In consideration of the acceptance of this application for the RLBA Triad Pro-Am Summer League, I, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against Forsyth Country Day School, the Rusty LaRue Basketball Academy, RLT Sports or its representatives and / or assignees, for any and all damages which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with my association with any portion of this league or any related activities, and which may arise out of my traveling to or returning from this league. I know of no medical or physical problems which may affect my ability to safely participate in this league. I authorize the directors and staff to act in their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention.
